Celebration of contemporary art on 30th of September in Warsaw
Once again, we will present a prize to an outstanding artist or art collective participating in Warsaw Gallery Weekend
11th edition of Warsaw Gallery Weekend, the largest recurring review of new art in Poland, will take place from 30.09 to 3.10.2021. 31 galleries will participate in the event, presenting 33 new exhibitions. For years, WGW has been presenting the most interesting and up-to-date trends in contemporary art.
Warsaw Gallery Weekend is the largest event devoted to contemporary art in Poland and one of the leading events in Central and Eastern Europe. During one weekend (30.09-3.10), the best galleries in Warsaw, as well as galleries from other cities selected through an open call, will present their new exhibitions.
Once again, we will present a prize to an outstanding artist or art collective. An international jury will select a piece to become part of the Foundation’s collection The Jury will also award a special prize. The Jury members:

Hanna Wróblewska – director of Zachęta—Narodowa Galerii Sztuki
Kamila Bondar i Marcin Kryszeń – the ING Polish Art Foundation board members
The announcement of this year’s winners will be via Instagram @ingpolishartfoundation, @warsawgalleryweekend i Facebooku Fundacja Sztuki Polskiej ING oraz Warsaw Gallery Weekend on October 2rd 2020, at 10.30 CET.
